Westgold Butter is made using the fresh cream from grass-fed, free range cows in our unique West Coast environment. Traditionally crafted using the time-honoured Fritz Churn method our pure, creamy butter has a rich golden colour and distinctive flavour. Westgold Butter performs with excellence across all applications. It is extremely reliable and consistent and is proven to enhance the flavours of a dish. It adds volume, flavour, texture and colour to baked goods and richness to sauces and savoury dishes.
Each of our products start with the freshest milk, and our long-life milk is no exception. Our Westgold UHT Milk offers consistency you can count on and, more importantly, it also delivers the rich natural flavour you expect from fresh milk. A versatile product that performs well across cooking, baking and espresso making, Westgold UHT Milk is the store cupboard staple that you can rely on. Food safety underpins everything we do, and our UHT Full Cream Milk is processed in our state-of-art Tetra Pak facility in Rolleston, so you can be assured of its quality.
Westgold UHT Cream is processed in our state-of-the-art Tetra Pak facility in Rolleston. Using an indirect heating technology to produce a long shelf-life, Westgold UHT Cream is suitable for a wide range of product, culinary and industrial applications. Our cream has a natural dairy flavour, born from our stunning New Zealand dairying environment where cows roam free and are grass-fed year round. Westgold UHT Cream will enhance the flavour and textures of the items it is paired with, and it provides a true, clean cream flavour and texture, akin to fresh cream.
Westgold Whole Milk Powder is a free-flowing powder, high in nutritional value, with excellent flavour and versatility. It has excellent dispersibility and solubility, so it dissolves easily even in cold water and is suitable for a wide range of applications. Our powders are made with milk from New Zealand grass-fed cows on the rugged West Coast of New Zealand, giving a fresh, smooth creamy flavour and mouthfeel.
