Ingredients

 

1 large cauliflower

4 tbsp Westgold Herb & Black Pepper Infused Butter

1 tsp onion powder                 

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp pinenuts, toasted

3 tbsp capers

½ cup spring onions, chopped

½ lemon

Salt and pepper

Method

 

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Using a large knife cut 3 portions from the middle of the cauliflower, keeping them attached at the core. 

 

Spread them out into a baking dish. Melt the steak butter and brush half of it over the cauliflower, season and roast for 15 mins. Take out of the oven and turn the cauliflower steaks over and brush with remaining butter. 

 

Sprinkle over the powders, capers and spring onion. Return to the oven for another 5-10mins depending on how well you like your cauliflower cooked. 

 

Remove from the oven and place onto a serving platter. Sprinkle over the pinenuts and squeeze over the lemon juice. Serve.
