1. Chocolate Soufflés 

These chocolate soufflés are easy to make. Cakey on the outside, gooey in the middle and not overly sweet. Delicious when served with fresh whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

3. Venison with Plum Sauce 

Tinned black doris plums have a gorgeous sweet and tart flavour, unless you are lucky enough to have your own tree. Combined with cinnamon, allspice, lemon and soy, this plum and venison is a perfect marriage of flavours. It is bound to wow guests at a dinner party, or family BBQ. Serve with a fresh summer salad or roasted winter vegetables.

4. Easy Apple Tart

This is dead simple to make and combines light golden puff pastry, soft caramelised apples and delicious cinnamon flavours for a winning desert. A great dish in the autumn when apples are at their best.

5. Fish with Butter Caper Sauce 

If you are looking for a quick, simple and tasty mid week meal – then this one ticks all the boxes. The fresh fish, with a crunchy coating topped off with the flavour filled caper and butter sauce then served with lightly stir fried vegetables is simple, but exploding with flavour.
