200g wheel brie
2 Tbsp Westgold Garlic & Parsley Infused Butter
Crackers to serve
Method
Preheat the oven to 180 oC. Line an oven proof dish with baking paper.
Score the top of the cheese with a cross and dot the butter all over the top.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until soft and melting in the middle.
Transfer the cheese to a serving platter and pour over any remaining melted butter.
Serve immediately with crackers.
