Ingredients

 

225g of brown sugar

3 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp ground nutmeg

1 tsp cardamon

1 tsp of ground cloves

Westgold Salted Butter

Dark rum

Apple cider

Method

 

In a medium bowl add brown sugar and all spices, and blend until smooth.

 

Optional glass prep: please use a heat-proof glass. Run lemon juice around the top of the glass and dip into the sugar spice mix.

Add

1 Tbsp of room-temperature salted butter

1 1/2 Tbsp of spice mix

1 nip of dark Rum

Top up with hot apple cider (heat in a microwave or on the stovetop)

 

Stir until the spice mix and butter are blended into the liquid.
