Ingredients

 

150g Westgold Unsalted Butter

200g condensed milk

150g dark chocolate

100g pretzels, roughly chopped

½ c mixed roasted nuts, chopped (optional)

2 c mini marshmallows

½ c milk chocolate drops

½ c dark chocolate drops

Extra pretzels, nuts, marshmallows and chocolate drops to decorate

Method

 

Line a 20cm x 21cm slice tin with baking paper. 

 

Melt the butter, condensed milk and the 150g measure of dark chocolate together on a low heat and stir until melted. 

 

Allow to cool for 10 minutes.  Stir the pretzels, nuts, marshmallows, and chocolate drops into the melted chocolate mixture. 

 

Tip into the prepared tin and smooth over.  Decorate with extra pretzels, nuts, marshmallows, and chocolate drops. 

 

Place in the fridge to set.  When ready to serve remove from the tin and peel off the paper.  Cut into small squares. Serve.

 

Note: the pretzels will stay crisp for 2 days, keep refrigerated.
