Ingredients
Filleted Blue Maomao (or snapper, gurnard, terakihi)
Kafia lime leaf or zest from x1 lime
1 lemon sliced
½ lemon juice
2 x whole red chilli
Handful fresh coriander
100g Westgold Butter chopped
Sea salt
Method
Place fillet of fish on large piece of foil
Place all other ingredients on top of the fish
Wrap in the foil to make a parcel – with the opening on the top.
Cook on the BBQ 10 – 15 minutes
